Natalia ISD is closely monitoring the weather and taking procedures to keep all of our students and employees safe. For, Thursday, May 10, 2012, classes will continue as schedule and busses will run as normal.
For, Friday May 11, 2012, all classes and buses are scheduled as normal; however, NISD will continue to update information as we learn more.

Elementary Science Night scheduled for tonight has been rescheduled we will send out information on the date and time.

5th Grade Field Trip for Friday, May 11thwill also be rescheduled date and time to be determined.

An AlertNow was sent out Tuesday 05/07/2012 to inform parents of a water outage due to a water main break.  This issue has been resolved and water has been restored.

Teacher Pages are live! Please use the "Teacher Pages" link at the top to access your child's teacher webpage by their School and then Teacher Name.

Students you will be required to empty your Z drives before school is out for this year.  Everything will be deleted over the summer, if you need something please save it to a flash drive or to your MyBigCampus file storage.  Next year you will NOT have access to a Z drive, instead you will be required to use the MyBigCampus online file storage.

Students, every student grade 6-12 has access to a school email account.  Please contact your teacher for instructions on how to access your school email.

Natalia Junior High has been named the #1 school in the entire state!!!! According to "Children at Risk" out of Houston. This company has ranked state schools and San Antonio schools for the past 4 years and bases the information on 12 different target data.  
NATALIA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IS ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS FOR 2 PORTABLE CLASSROOM BUILDINGS, APPROXIMATELY 24” X 55” EACH. ALL BIDS MUST BE SEALED AND DELIVERED OR ADDRESSED TO MARY G. ESTRADA INDICATING “ SEALED BID” ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE. BIDS WILL BE OPENED AT THE JUNE 11, 2012 BOARD MEETING. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION AND TO VIEW THE BUILDINGS.
