Enrollment/Registration
Registration Information
Please note that the child's legal guardian must be the one to come register the student.The following documents are required:
- Child's birth certificate
- Child's social security card
- Child's shot record
- Withdrawal documents from previous school
- ID of parent/guardian (parent must be listed on child's birth certificate)
- Proof of residence (Light bill, water bill, property tax statement, new buyer's contract, or new lease - must be in parent's name, current, and signed within the past two months). Bill must be in parent's name, current, show usage, and state service address matching student enrollment application. Expired, past due, or disconnection notices will not be accepted.

- Home school records
- Special education papers
- 504 records
- Speech education papers
- Legal documents

2021-2022 Head Start/Pre-K Roundup (New students only. Current students will complete returning student registration later in the spring)
Visit the ParentPortal https://txeis20.txeis.net/ParentPortal/login?distid=163903 and create an account if you do not have one. Register your child and upload required documents. Then click on the link to make an appointment https://nataliaenroll.youcanbook.me/IF YOU SUBMIT REGISTRATION ONLINE AND UPLOAD DOCUMENTATION. IT IS STILL NECESSARY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO COMPLETE THE DISTRICT FORMS
Required Documentation
1. Child's Birth Certificate
2. Child's SS Child's
3. Child's Immunization
4. Proof of Residence - current utility bill Gas/Water/Electric, Property Tax statement, Lease/Rental agreement. No cell phone, no Satellite TV
5. Enrolling Parents Current Drivers License with matching address
6. Proof of income (ex. 2019 tax form) for Head Start department
7. Federal Assistance documentation if qualified (Medicaid, TANF, WIC, SNAP, etc) for Head Start department -

Any student/parent filing a complaint must fill out the form below completely and turn it in to the student's principal. All complaints will be processed in accordance with FNG (LOCAL) policy or any exception outlined therein.
