As the Coordinator of HR and Payroll Services of Natalia ISD, I strive to support all past, present, and future faculty and staff members with all of their payroll and HR needs. My primary responsibilities include benefits administration, payroll and compensation services, provide training and support for Ascender and Frontline, and to create and maintain an accessible and confidential environment that complies with all local, state, and federal law and policies. All employees are treated with the same concern, respect, and caring attitude within the district that they are expected to share externally with every student who travels through Natalia on their educational journey.
