I was born in Cocoa Beach, Florida and raised in Devine, TX. I attended the University of Mary Hardin Baylor to study education. I first taught in Uvalde, Texas from 1995 to 1997.  I have then taught in Natalia from 1997 to this  current year.  

I have a daughter who is attending Northwest Vista College.  I enjoy reading, sewing, and gardening when I can find the time.

I teach math and science and love getting to know my students and their different personalities.
